Meeting rooms

If you’re looking to host something larger, then you’ll probably find one of our conference rooms more to your liking. These venues – some of which feature a stage, podium and audio/microphone system – can easily hold 100-1,100 people respectively

These flexible rooms have a wonderfully airy feel thanks to high ceilings and good ventilation. Most of the rooms have windows and light curtains. We also have rooms without daylight. The meeting rooms have carpeted, parquet or cement flooring.

All of our meeting rooms have windows. These bright, airy and spacious rooms have light curtains and windows that can be opened. The rooms are located in the 1st floor right next to the lobby, conference centre and hotel entrance.

U-shaped table layouts tend to be the norm in our smallest meeting rooms, although our designated conference team will happily rearrange the rooms to suit your needs. The meeting rooms come equipped – like all of our conference venues – with a PC projector, whiteboard, flipchart, notepads, pens and free Wi-Fi.
